Visit the Kinetic Games Contact Page.

Provide the following information:
Your Unity ID – This is found at the bottom of the main menu board in small grey text when you launch the game.
Platform – Let them know if you're playing on Xbox or PlayStation.
A clear explanation of the situation that led to the ban.
Any relevant details or evidence (e.g. video clips, screenshots, what was said/done).
Why you believe the ban should be reversed.
