Ban appeals are handled internally by Kinetic Games. If you believe your ban was issued in error or you wish to appeal it, follow the steps below:

Visit the Kinetic Games Contact Page.

Provide the following information:
Your Unity ID – Located at the bottom of the main menu board in small grey text.
A detailed explanation of what happened.
Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, video, chat logs).
Why you believe the ban should be lifted.

Be honest and respectful in your appeal. Incomplete or dishonest appeals are more likely to be denied.
