Unfortunately, we are unable to restore lost save data on consoles from our end. However, if you have cloud saves enabled, you may be able to revert to a recent backup by following the instructions below.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide

Profile & System→Settings -
Go to:
System→Storage Devices -
Select Internal Storage (or External Drive if used)

Navigate to Saved Data

Choose the game (e.g. Phasmophobia) to view available save data

To reduce the risk of data loss in the future:
