Unfortunately, we are unable to restore lost save data on consoles from our end. However, if you had cloud saves enabled, you may be able to revert to a recent backup yourself by following the steps below.

Go to the PS5 Home Screen

Select the Settings icon (top right corner)

Saved Data and Game/App Settings→Saved Data -
Choose Console Storage

Select the game (e.g. Phasmophobia)

or Manage save files
